Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. On the day of shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipment’s tracking number.

Expedited Shipping

For time-sensitive shipments, please place your order by phone or request a quote by email. Expedited shipping is an additional charge, but we’ll do our best to find the most economical service to meet your needs.


What happens if I received the wrong product?

Although Odoland strives to ensure every order is properly fulfilled, mistakes may occur. If you have received an incorrect product, please contact Amazon, they will ship you out the correct product barcode.

What if my order is damaged?

While we take extraordinary care to assure every order is properly packaged for safe delivery, we cannot guarantee that some shipping damage will not occur during transit by the USPS or UPS.
If upon delivery you discover your order has been damaged in transit, simply contact us and we will immediately rectify the situation.

What if I’m over the 30 day return period?

Due to the limited shelf life of perishable goods, we are unable to offer refunds on products beyond the 30 day period from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy


Odoland accepts returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. A refund of your original delivery charge or return postage costs will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods when all the items are returned. Please contact our Customer Service team at We will email you back with further instructions.

How soon will I receive my refund?

We will process a refund as soon as the goods are received back with us in the case of returns, or as soon as we have seen photographic evidence in instances where goods are not to be returned and in any event within 30 days of the day we confirm you are entitled to a refund.
Refunds are normally processed by your Card issuing bank within 2 – 5 working days of us raising the refund but some banks require 30 days to process.
