1. Choose the Right Size that Fits You
The first important question to ask yourself is what capacity of backpack do you need. Sometimes this can be limited by factors such as it needs to fit in an overhead bin on a plane. And it should be determined by how much gear or food you need to carry. This is why many people require more than one backpack for different occasions.
So if you are about to camp, think of what you need to take. And don’t forget to take the backpack’s folded size and its unfolded size into consideration.
1.Standing Calf Raise
1.Secure the resistance band anchor at the bottom of a door.
2.Facing away, grab the resistance band handles: one in each hand, and stand with feet hip distance apart.
3.Place hands above shoulders, elbows pointed downward. Stand tall and keep core engaged at all times.
4.Inhale. Then exhale and raise both heels off the floor as you point your toes.
5.Inhale and slowly return to start position. Then repeat for times.
1.Stand on the top of your resistance bands with your feet set slightly more than hip width apart.
2.Squat down and grab the handles, then bring it behind you so that you end up with the palm of your hands facing forward, held aligned with your neck.
3.Stand up while keeping the handles aligned with your neck, then hold for a few seconds, then squat back down and repeat.
1.Standing Bicep Curl
- Place the middle of the band under both feet and hold handles by your sides. With feet hip distance apart, stand tall and keep core engaged.
- Use a single band under both feet to decrease intensity
- Inhale. Then exhale and raise your hands up towards your shoulders. Keep elbows under shoulders through movement.
- Inhale and slowly return to starting position.
5.Repeat for desired number of reps.
2.Bicep Curl with Stacked Bands
1. Place the middle of stacked bands under both feet and hold both handles by sides. With feet hip distance apart, stand tall and keep core engaged.
2. Place fewer bands under eath feet to decrease the intensity
3. Inhale. Then exhale and raise your hands up to shoulders. Keep your elbows under shoulders throughout movement.
4. Keep back straight, feet hip distance apart and knees slightly bent. Engage abs so that core is tight. Inhale and slowly return to starting position.
5.Repeat for desired number of reps.

2. Choose Tent Shape

1.Front Squat —— for Lower-Body Exercises
Stand on band with feet slightly wider than shoulder width. Holding a handle in each hand, bring the top of the band over each shoulder. (If it’s too long, secure band in place by crossing your arms at your chest.) Sit straight down, chest up, abs firm, pressing knees out over your toes. Rise back up to start position and repeat for 8 to 12 reps.
